180 Degrees was hired by the Bisig Impact Group to create a memorable and quirky YouTube campaign for Norton Healthcare. The health care giant sought to gain an edge with consumers by promoting their immediate care call-ahead and complete family care services. 180 Degrees designed the campaign from concept through delivery.

Approach

Working with a modest budget for online advertising and the mandate to create something memorable for the Immediate Care Centers, 180 Degrees designed a relatable family campaign. That's when The Winkle Family was born.

Each fifteen second spot shows the Winkles in the main room of their house. The camera is locked down and the action happens within the frame. From her couch, Mom addresses the viewer. She recounts the latest family mishap. While things are crazy in the house, Mom is always calm because the Norton ICC is right around the corner... And, there's no wait with call ahead service.

After thorough pre-production, involving casting, crew hire, and location scouting, ten commercials were produced over a two day period and delivered to the client two weeks later. The spots began streaming soon after and were well received by both agency and client.

Results

All ten commercials and website photography were produced over two days and delivered to the client on time, on budget, and the campaign picked up a gold Addy. Success!

180 degrees brought a fresh approach to our project. The team is creative, approachable, budget conscious, and assemble a great crew. Most importantly, the project was fun for everyone involved.
